We don’t just drop the chair off at the door. A member of our team will bring it to you, go over the controls and features, and help with basic adjustments so the chair is comfortable and ready to use.
The warranty covers the main mechanical and electrical systems of the wheelchair or mobility scooter.
If something stops working during the warranty period, contact us and we’ll take care of it. In many cases, we can send a technician to your home, so you don’t have to transport a heavy chair for service.
